Commenting on Magnolia Township's recently adopted wind ordinance with a setback of 2640 feet, the governmental and public affairs director for the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin, Tim Le Monds says

"That's a pretty safe distance," and "It's acceptable to us."

City proves there's no harm in trying; Magnolia sets wind rules that PSC could blow past
