10/1/09 All turbines have been off for two days in the Invenergy wind farm in Dodge and Fond du Lac County. What's the result? AND Gov. Doyle signs turbine siting reform bill into law. What's the result?

Several residents of the Invenergy wind farm near the Town of Byron have contacted us today to say the turbines have not been turning for the last 48 hours. As a result, writes one resident....

 "We have had two nights of peaceful sleep. "
